Here's what I eat.
Omelet with veggies.
1/2 c egg beater, 1 whole omega 3 egg
Chopped celery, tomato, red yellow orange and green bell peppers
Slice of cheese and spinach
And 2 slices turkey bacon
Snack
Baby carrots and celery
Protein shake and almonds
Lunch
1.5-2 large chicken breasts
Spinach, apple carrots celery and tomato
Flax seed, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar
Snack 2
Same as snack 1
Dinner
Chicken breasts. Sometimes even a steak or lean meat
Lots of veggies
Sometimes a baked potato or rice and beans. Depends how hard my workout was.
This doesn't include my workout shakes either.
I have 2 cheat meals a week, usually on the weekends.
Plus 2 gallons of water a day. I also drink green tea.
