    Bye.

When his wife asked him where he'd like to be buried, Yogi replied, " I don't know honey, surprise me."

Never heard anyone have a bad thing to say about him. RIP Yogi.

Never heard that one before. That's great. I can use it at work. It applies to my job.

One of the few "True to the sport" legends - RIP Yogi

I agree. I wonder of MLB will do anything for the playoffs or World Series as a tribute.
    Or maybe next season?

I hope the Sox do something for him the first Yankee game/series. Yogi has visited Fenway once or twice.

lrahm shared a great story of how Yogi was doing an appearance I think at Don Mattingly's restaurant. There is a power outage, and all these people there. Yogi tells them to get flashlights and he signed for everybody with a flashlight as his light. Someone asked him if he needed a break and he said "I'll take a break when I'm done". You will never hear a bad word about Yogi because there are none. If you haven't heard the story about Yogi visiting Phil Rizzuto every day when he went into a nursing home it's a must read.

    Where's the bacon?
He was always good for a laugh or several. We could always look forward to that. There will be fewer laughs now... The future ain't what it used to be.

    RIP, Mr. Berra.

    Blessings,
    Bill

Hey, who wouldn't for a ride in the Bugatti?

I tried to rep this but I must spread some around.

I figured INGO might make a Fenway reference.
I reworded my original response before I posted. Some people, not you, would have been tempted to make a horrific inferennce.......
