Price sounds about normal. It's a good buy for sure. I've owned 2 PF-9s and currently own 1. I like em, though they have a bite!

Be sure to shoot about 200 rounds through it before you carry it (if you intend to) for complete reliability.

As far as cancelling the order... hmmm.. I dunno. Depending on your merchant, you may, with some justification, lose all or part of your deposit, unless, of course, you plan to order something else from him/her. Either way, think of it as if YOU were the merchant. And act accordingly.
