Time for a few more Rat pics.
Not the greatest quality tonight, but it gets the point across!

I wanted the top ground down to be more like the M series as opposed to some of the flat top R6's I've seen.

The guys in the shop did a great job of matching it. The picture doesn't look as similar as it really is.

Are those the actual product names, etchant and ez-strip? Where can I get them? Lowes/Mendards?

Also, how do you strip the paint from around the handle? Does it not react to the handle material?

My CGNMFSH will hopefully be here within two weeks and I think I might turn her into a dirty stripper...

I miss typed the stripper, I use Zip-Strip and the etchant I use is from radio shack.

The stripper does not affect the handles and will work right up to the edge of them.

    Rodent 3

My Rodent 3 came in the mail yesterday (only a 2 month wait) and I'm impressed. The handle is just about perfect length. Its just long enough to get a full grip with nothing extra. The blade geometry also seem to be a little better than the rodent solution. I think the rodent solution is a little too fat behind the cutting edge, but the rodent 3 does not have this issue.

I always like to see size comparisons, so here are some pictures comparing it to the rodent solution.
