Yes they are still making the Carbon 15. We have quite a few and yes it has a red dot. It is a Bushnell red dot that resembles the Aimpoint T-1

These are very new manufacture but I don't remember if they have the forward assist and shell deflector. If you call the shop they will check them and let you know for sure
