I have bought from Bravo Company USA several times, but I didn't really need to contact them post-purchase until I had a problem with one of their products I had purchased from a different vendor. The vendor did not make it easy for me, so I contacted Paul, the owner of BCM, directly.
End result was a replaced product and a bunch of free stuff (Troy BUIS, hats, mags, key chains, etc). After all this, I received a phone call from Paul asking if I was happy.
I have not experienced this level of customer with any business.
