Bought my first AR today

I bought my first AR at a show. I feel I got a real good deal on it. Now I can't wait to start tricking it out, an start shooting it!!!
It's a DPMS Panther Sportical in .223

I can't wait, I ordered a 4 way rail and front grip for it today also, I need to place optics on it next. I'd like to find some flip up sights for it also

get you a EOTECH for it , they work very nice on those flat tops

They are pretty cool. I just got rid of mine Monday. My guns are like my cars, I can't hold onto either of them for very long. I get bored and have to try something new. Thinking about a M1.

Very nice, I just bought my first AR a couple of weeks ago, a DPMS also. I'm very happy with mine, shoots nice and is accurate.

In the short time I've had mine I have discovered one thing.... they are a money pit! Mine has gone from plain jane stock to this already. Now I will start to upgrade some parts like the bolt carrier etc.... I have installed a Gunfighter medium latch charging handle already.

Very nice!!! I was thinking of a color change, but I'll most likely stay with black. I'll get it ready to shoot, then who knows what I'll do next.

if on a budget, go magpul mbus. the rear i have on my colt works well for it's intended purpose- to back up my ACOG.
