    I'm sure they _DO_ view this dude as a "victim" of gun violence. If there were no guns he'd have just given up peacefully. But since the police came armed for a fight, he justifiably felt the need to defend himself.

    Please don't underestimate the sheer foolishness of the liberal mindset. Remember, both of these Boston bombers are VICTIMS of those closed-minded forces in the US and were forced to do what they did through no fault of their own.

    IIRC the anti gunners years ago had a prominent billboard/sign that listed the number of those killed by gun violence.

    They used police shootings of criminals in their data.
