DHS tells American border guards to run away from illegal immigrants | The Daily Caller

I just don't get it. I don't get how people still defend this admin. Its not enough that we have Rinos wanting to help get amnesty for this riff raff, but now our agents can get rocks thrown at them ( rocks can kill) and they can do nothing about it. They are also told not to interfere with cars feeling with dope or illegal invaders in it.

There is a problem and why most people are too stupid to see it is beyond me.

Same sort of mental process one tells a rape victim to defecate on themselves. It doesn't take a very large rock to kill a person.

    Absurdity.

Guys, its all about votes. Its all about getting more democrat voters into this country, they are losing a lot of voters, this is their way to replace them. Democrats are not stupid. They know exactly what they are doing. That is the real scary part, they are flat out lawless and evil. They dont care, the ends justify the means. As long as they get elected nothing matters. people can die, lose their health care, or any other example, they know it, they just dont care.

I say that all the time its about votes and that is why rinos are stupid as hell to support amnesty. People are going to get tired of this and its not going to be pretty. I am really surprised there is not more reports of vigilante minutemen groups running around down there.

How do these tactics differ from most LE agencies? And where exactly are "rocks and drug mules" mentioned in the memorandum? Sometimes "righties" come up with some creative interpretations.

    1) In accordance with CBP's current Use of Force policy, agents shall not discharge their firearms at a moving vehicle unless the agent has a reasonable belief, based on the totality of the circumstances that deadly force is being used against an agent or another person present; such deadly force may include a moving vehicle aimed at agents or others present, but would not include a moving vehicle merely fleeing from agents. Further, agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle's path.

    2) Agents should continue, whenever possible, to avoid placing themselves in positions where tthey have no alternative to using deadly force. Agents shall not discharge firearms in response to thrown or hurled projectiles unless the agent has reasonable believe, based on the totality of the circumstances, to include the size and nature of the projectiles, that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious injury. Agents shall obtain a tactical advantage in these situations, seeking cover or distancing themselves from the immediate area of danger.

So, based on what it ACTUALLY SAYS instead of what the article says it says, do you still have a problem with it?

    +1

No one ever reads the originals. They just take the word of the article.
