Book suggestions?

These sound extremely interesting and are just about the only kind of books I'm into reading anymore.
I'll have to look for these the next time I'm at Borders, B&N, etc..

The internet may prove useful in findng these books. Liberty & Tyranny is new and at times completely sold out in stores. Death By Gun Control was published by a small gun rights advocacy group and never had a ton of copies made. Stores wont have it but ebay or amazon might. Really good book though.

Anything by Ragnar Benson

but my favorite is "Survival in the city or country". Most of his books are out of print, but Ebay sells most of them.

This thread got me thinking. Last week I purchased THE ROAD...Great story and interesting lessons.

I also picked up a few others:

HOGS IN THE SHADOWS, Combat Stories From Marine Snipers in Iraq. Each chapter has a different tale to tell....very up close & personal.


HOUSE TO HOUSE, SSG David Bellavia relates stories of his experiences in Iraq... including a hand-to-hand fight to the death.


LONE SURVIVOR, the Marcus Luttrell story. I've seen the special about this incident on the Military Channel and I just had to read it from Luttrell himself.

I'm kinda catching up on the war stories of the younger generation. They seem to be doing an OUTSTANDING job.
