    I speculate that this is a training issue. Because training has to be "progressive" now to distinguish itself in the market place.

    In light of the charge of the 300, we now have people saying that the Four Rules are "outdated" and that they can be violated because the people they are training are ninjies.:n00b:

    It's going to get worse over the next decade as the Middle East winds down and everyone with a pile of dirt becomes "a firearms instructor".

    Hmmmm... my first thought is, "That is going to cost the Lebanon PD a LOT of money when the civil suit is decided"... that is all... terrible situation all around....
