    I personally lean towards the traditonal AK, but I can see the benefit of an AR style stock. Cost is probably cheaper if you go with a traditional fixed AK stock, especially if you can find decent used stuff.

    Well, I have a Burnsed loop around the base of the stock for my sling, but other than that, it's stock.

    I vote for the AK74. I love my 30 cal AK's, but I probably shoot my Arsenal SGL 10 to 1. The price of surplus ammo is pretty hard to beat, especially since I have quite a bit squirrelled away.
