Between These Two Budget ARs

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! I just ordered this upper and a MOE lower build kit. Here we go!

I would have wet with A. It has the 1 in 7 barrel and I use the heavy bullets. I have had better luck with small groups with the heaver bullets. As far as the lower goes if it has a problem it could be replaced at a later date.

The only thing I liked about A better is the 1/7 twist. I'd go with B though for the pinned on gas block and non polymer lower.

I would go for B...I just bought an M&P Sport 5.56 and it is a great gun for the $$

Great choice! Take your time with the build, you'll have fun and have that satisfaction of assembling the rifle yourself. If you have any questions or issues, I can help and I have friends smarter than me that can help if I cannot.

I admittedly am far from an AR expert. The one thing I know is my M&P has been perfect. I even shoot cheap steel cased ammo through it.

Good choice on going with PSA. I'm sure you know this already, but the upper you ordered doesn't come with the BCG or charging handled. The MOE lower build kits don't include this either. Like I said, I'm sure you already knew this, but I just thought I would point this out because I wouldn't be happy with myself if I got my rifle all put together and then realized I had not BCG!

Agree with indyjohn here. I would go with B, but the 1/7 twist is more useful.
