If you want to maximize the number of calibers, then why not get a Medusa?

You can get multiple cylinders for the same gun, e.g. the Ruger Blackhawks in .38/.357/9mm, .22lr/.22mag, .45LC/.45acp. Three guns with seven calibers.

i like the medusa but they should probably state specifically what calibers it can shoot. i mean they were pretty vague there. I do agree it would be a pretty cool gun period and would be nice in a shtf situation for sure.

For me its a 1911 and either my AR or 30-06.


Although for get home purposes in a SHTF situation a suppressed .22 pistol would be great for hunting small game or for quietly defending yourself.

get a 1911 and a 22lr conversion kit for it then you'll have a hard hitting 45acp and a 22lr to practice with to save money (Just a thought) get the ria 1911 tactical and a ciener 22lr kit (or the kimber , same kit more money but you will not have too wait as long for it to be shipped)
