    Could you expound on that statement? When I first got into reloading, I got the RCBS small base X dies. I do not use the X die funstion, but I really like the small base, it seems to work better for me. I was told that the small base overworks the brass tho.
    I loaded a bunch of ammo and went to shoot some. Several of the rounds, I had to hit the forward assist to get them chambered. A full length sizing die just wasn't sizing the brass small enough. I pulled the bullets, ran, them through a small base die, and reseated the bullet. Fed fine after that.
