My first reaction to the title and intro to the video was "now come on maybe there was a LICENSED gun owner defending himself against someone." after watching, um, to say the least, I DOUBT IT...
As far as the law concerning carrying in bars, I don't think that guns should be outlawed anywhere that a criminal would carry a gun...
Maybe it was like one of the first posters said in that it is difficult to aim your "fo-tay" when you are holding your pants up with your other hand and holding it sideways
