I don't have sound where I am now, is it classified as a short barrel rifle? It appears as though it cannot function without swinging the shoulder stock around and the barrel seems short enough to be SBR. Sory, I know that is likely obvious if you are able to listen to the video.

if it's a glock 18 then it is a machine gun (pistol), i don't have sound either so not sure if he mentioned model.
