There are actually quire a few shooters that do not have hands. Such as hunter aka nubbs....

I saw a guy with no arms and only stump legs at a bar once. His friends would put him up on the stool.

He was leaving at the same time as me, and he used a skateboard that he sort of paddled on to move. One of the strangest things I've seen.

That looks more workable than the picture I was imagining of holding the gun between two stub-ended arms and shoving one's nose into the trigger guard to push the trigger and fire.
