On St Patrick's Day about the 2500 block or so of East 10th Street, Indianapolis, I saw someone outside a liquor store in a police or security uniform, including body armor, holding a stoner type rifle.

I was wondering if this is a relatively recent development or have things been that bad for awhile?

Some of the “security guards” around town just have that mentality. There are a couple that work apartment complexes where I work who carry 3+ pistols and so much molle they could mount every accessory known to man.

A 12 year old boy that needs to wash his hair. And brush/comb it. I took in a stray dog whose coat looked like that once. Had a helluva time cutting out all those mats.

Sounds like the Tic Toc, which should have been closed since yesterday along with every other bar. Either guarding the bar or daring someone to close them.
