The New York school district that oversees Tappan Zee High School considers the inclusion of a swastika to be offensive and, possibly, a hate crime—regardless of the context.

“There is no context in a public high school where a swastika is appropriate,” South Orangetown Superintendent Bob Pritchard told the local CBS station.

In the interest of fairness the context of what she's talking about is not Bengazi. It's the campaign to oust Ghadaffi. She employed the always trustworthy method of using the enemy of our enemy, who happens also to be our enemy, to do the dirty work for her. So, the eventual conclusion, which did result in 4 American deaths, didn't happen during the operations that overthrew that rigime. So technically she kinda gets to say she overthrew a government without losing any of ours.
