    i was told today that you dont have to go to ffl to purchase a new upper because the ser.numbers are on the lower its like a barrel is this true ????and if so why cant you buy direct on them thanks

    You can buy uppers as you please, as long as you keep the barrel over 16" for the rifle.

    You can buy them directly online and have them shipped to you, and in person, so I'm not sure what this meant really...

    Ah, yeah. RRA has been backordered for a while, the wait is crazy now. I'll look around at some places I peruse and see if anyone has a 458 in stock for ya!

    i dont know about 2 years but rock river is out of all uppers right now (i called last week and they didn't give my a date for when they would have any) im hoping to find some at the 1500. a 458 might be a tough find there
