i'm no help, but tagging along as I'm interested as well. I've always heard Harris are good, but no first hand experience.

I have heard Harris is good, but also heard requires an adapter. Have not had first hand experience with it. Anyone use any from gg&G?

I personally have a UTG. Yeah I said UTG and I love it. $30 and does everything it needs to do. Adjustable so you can use 30 round magazines. Plenty sturdy and folds up nice. I didn't see any reason to pay more than $30. I was contemplating a grip with detachable bipod but decided against it and just installed a magwell grip instead.

This is the one. For the money it is pretty hard to beat. Others will disagree and say it is of poor quality, but it is just as nice as my buddies GG&G in my opinion. His is a bit more heavy duty, but his was prob $150.

I have a Harris, with an adaptor for the rail (I forgot the brand of the adaptor, but it's not a LaRue quick release, which looks sweet).

I like the Harris, and use it on several rifles, in addition to my M4
