AR 15 lower ?

I bought a DS ar lower at the 1500 put in an LPK, A buddy of mine that I work with wants to buy it and he is a legal gun owner. All the #'s on the come back to me is this something that I need an FFL to transfer or can I sell it to him FTF. Thanks

There's no gun serial number database in Indiana. You can do a FTF, as long as you have no reason to believe he can't legally own the firearm.
