Apple Qmaster File Agent not found

Apple friends, I'm trying to use compressor to upload a vid to you tube. I get

"Apple Qmaster File Agent not found"

I have searched teh interweb and downloaded a free compressor repair app by the name of "Compressor Repair" and that did not fix the issue.

I removed compressor and downloaded it again from the app store. Same issue.

Suggestions please.
