Oh C'mon, asking me to forgive this is like a woman asking me to forgive her for PMS. Just cause you feel bad is no reason to take it out on anyone else.
You haven't seemed argumentative to me, but maybe it's just a matter of perspective.
I have a couple of blown out discs that finally responded well to treatment a few years ago. I sympathize with the mind-bending misery that is chronic back pain and wish you the best in dealing with yours. May it never recur.
I know back pain my friend. I'm 26 with an L5-S1 break. Got nice titanium hardware and a few artificial discs. Plus being in a chair all day compounds the issue. I take no meds. Stretching and movement helps the best. I wish you continued pain relief and good days. I don't know if it would help you but inversion helped a lot with me. I purred like a walrus when they flipped me over and took all pressure off my spine.
I was just there. Tried to "tough it out" for months. Finally, got the MRI. Results were so bad I was sent to hospital for emergency surgery. Now I feel AWESOME!!! Don't put it off get this fixed. I was lucky I hadn't done irrepairable damage. Find a good Neurosurgeon!!! I had Dr Poor in Bllomington. He is great!!
