It's good to see a review from someone without bias. These upgrade kits have intrigued me for a while.

Coast makes one heck of a flashlight but its in the 250-300 dollar range even has a nasty strobe feature. Plus they have a montly contest for the big bad boy.. they give away one every month.. my friend won one. And we have been putting it three the grindee ever since.. still havent had to change the batteries.. he won it january.. has come in handy.. and it lives in his truck.. built just as well if not better than mag..

But i have been loyal to mag light for a long time.. still will be.. although.. i have no idea where they are at.. i think family tends to steal them.. bought six of them a few years ago. But usually seem to find. One when i need it most..
