Another big plus for US Defense Solutions, in Greenwood.

Not only are they only 15 dollars, but I had a gun shipped there and the seller forgot to include any contact information and somehow they took the time to find out who the gun belonged to. Then they held it for me safely while the guy resent the correct information.. Took almost 2 weeks and they were 100% helpful, friendly and Professional through the whole thing...

I really would not want to use anyone else....

I'll add another vote for US Defense. Great guys at that shop.

They do my ClassIII transfers, too. not the cheapest or closest to me, but the guys there are solid. and they open till 7, so I don't have to take off work early.

    Wait a second.
Youre being charged a transfer fee to buy a gun from a dealer that they have in stock?

As to clear up what I meant earlier... if you order something online or elsewhere and get it sent to the indiana gun club they charge you $50 for the transfer when it is an item they stock. They charge $600 for basic 870 express models and likely more for a super magnum, so I felt inclined to search elsewhere.

When I was at Gander Mtn with a GM who's now left, he tried to make us add a transfer fee on a price match gun, to bring the price of the gun (if it was purchased at the other shop) up to the price of our gun. Shady and we did everything we could to avoid doing it.

BTW, we have an FFL in Fishers. If they're selling synthetic stocked 870's for $600....that's the "best" margin I've ever seen on a gun.
