They had one here in Indy last year. I know some INGO'ers went and did this very same thing. One INGO'er ended up in handcuffs for a long amount of time before being fully run off. Ridiculous. This is just a way to get historical guns destroyed. Most of the ones that get turned in are junk, but every once in a while there are some jewels.
Funny thing is the first time I heard of gun buyback programs a month or 2 ago, I said to my buddy if there was ever one of those here in indiana, I would bring a wad of cash and a sign saying "cash for guns"
