Anyone going out for deer on Thanksgiving a.m.?

Just too cold and rainy for me, I can handle one or the other but not both together.

rain is a very tiny inconvenience to me, you can always dry off. I try to get in the woods as much as I can, but I was back at home by 5pm for some good Thanksgiving Day food.

Back home at 5:00?????? heck that's PRIME hunting time. Shoulda' stayed at least another 30 minutes. But who am I to say, I didn't even go out............

I was up at 3:30 am on Thanksgiving and hunted until about 1:00 pm. I didn't see any deer, but I could have shot turkeys on two different occasions. It's too bad that wouldn't have been legal.

Didnt make it out,first time I've missed it in years. It was to windy and nasty.I can deal with the rain,but that wind was horrable.
