For what it is worth, in my opinion 2011 style double stack is the way to go for a 1911 platform double stack.
They are available through several companies although some only by special order. Or I can set you up in one as well
There is also the double stack that Para Ord and RIA use which I believe is based on Caspian frame, but I would still choose 2011 over that personally.
