Need an accountant for a couple hours to straighten out some payroll tax issues.
Long story short, Intuit was handling our church payroll of 5 employees. They upgraded our account and locked us out in May, and for 2 months, my wife has spent on average 2 hours a week on the phone but nobody can get us back in. They try and try and try, and at about the 2 hour mark, they give up, say they will email us, and inevitably end up ghosting us or passing us off to another rep, or tell us to submit a form that takes up to 2 weeks to get results. Always fails.
To continue paying employees they had us start another account to cut paychecks. They set that account up wrong so the EIN is wrong, they withheld unemployment when we arent supposed to. And now the state is asking why we havent paid our quarterly taxes. (the locked out account doesnt auto pay, and we have to click to pay... but cant.)
We are moving to another provider but need help straightening out the mess.
