What?? Is that a STOVEPIPE in my trusty and flawless M&P Pro?!??

Well, yes it is, but I can hardly blame the gun for this one. My inability to locate any of my powders of choice has forced me to develop a load for what powder I could find. This was from the lightest-loaded group in my gradually increased test batch. It chrono'd at 710 fps... Pretty slow for a 125gr 9mm projectile. It took between 800-850 fps for the slide to cycle reliably, but I worked the loads up to 1050-1100 fps for solid minor PF.

Now the M&P can continue to be flawless and I have one less component to worry about for a while. :rockwoot:

...when a 230 gr .45 is pushing higher velocities than your 9mm, you can probably assume you're doing it wrong haha.

Best of luck finding a solid load with the powders you have to work with!

Been doing a lot of research into my next handgun purchase and a M&P 9mm is at the top of the list... saw this thread... heart sank... eyes teared up... read the thread... feel much better now...

    Anyone got a Kleenex?

I've been wanting to try out 7625 as cheaper alternative to my beloved N320. What do your SD's look like?
