Another great CDNN deal!

Just picked up my new Kel-Tec PF-9 that I ordered from CDNN. They ran a special on the "Billfold Brown" stocked ones....$219! So total with shipping and $20 to my FFL was right at $254. Can't beat that with a stick! Only downer was that they were out of stock on extra mags....
Suckers are 20 bucks apiece through Midway. I ran a few different rounds through it when I got it home, 115 gr Cor-Bon, 124 gr Golden Sabers and some generic Winchester 115 gr JHP's. No failures to feed or eject and I was blowin chunks out of a pumpkin at 30 yards!

My turdbrown PF9 is my EDC. When i picked it up CDNN was asking $229 - which i also thought was a deal. I still need extra mags, too.

It's cycled everything I've thrown at it - and eventually you get used to the feeling like the gun exploded everytime you pull the trigger.

You can get PF-9's for 250 otd locally. I picked mine up at PSS for that and it's been dead nuts reliable for me with all the ammo I've put through it. Hornady Critical Defense is the round that it sits loaded with and it loves that ammo.

Yes, but were they the fancy "custom" brown color? Locally down South here they are running at about $275 IF you can find one. Think I'm gonna keep Golden Sabers in mine....

The billfold brown does seem to only be available through CDNN at this time. I bought it just to get something different - it doesn't really matter much since it's the kind of thing that stays holstered and mostly concealed.

It's been dead nuts reliable with everything I've fed it, but my my carry ammo is standard pressure Federal 9BP 115gr. A little easier on the the hand than the 124 and 147gr stuff, and still a proven stopper.

Most of the reviews I read before I went with this gun said to stay away from the 147 gr. numbers. I guess the reliability was spotty in some of the earlier guns. Since then, Kel-Tec has lengthened the feed ramp and replaced the plastic mag release with a metal one. I have some Cor-Bon 115 gr stashed away, but they are +P's!
