I was in Gander this morning in Castleton. They had a handful of WASR-10's. They were asking $500 for them. Seemed pricy for what they were offering. I don't know that it even came with one clip.

Yep, was about to tell you that AKs don't work with clips like a Garand. AKs usually come lately with one or two 30 round magazines. :D

WASRs are currently $440 at Aim Surplus. If you add about $15 shipping and the normal $25 transfer the delivered cost is $480. Remember, at gander you have to pay tax on top of that $500.

I once asked a Gander gun counter guy if they ever get AK's. He told me they didn't and I would have a hard time finding one other than a gun show.

Dude, pretty much every other gun store carries AK's. Gander is a nice place to look around in and maybe buy stuff, just not guns.

$499.99 at GM is cheap though. I posted this same thing about a week ago, but looking around online they are around $50 to $75 bucks cheaper which you will make up for in Shipping and FFL transfer fees. Dunhams is the best bet if there is one close by, but the way gas prices are depending on what you drive you may be better off just grabbing one from GM.

    they were $599.99 then.
