AK-107 and Saiga 9mm Carbine Announced for Civilian Sales

In a bid to fight the volk at the door, Izhmash has announced the availability of the release for civilian sales of the AK-107 (with the goofy "balanced recoil") and a 9mm carbine.

Release is scheduled to be at the IWA in March 2013. I have no information concerning ATFE approval and distribution contracts here in the USA.

I will look on the Russian language websites and report back.

It is just too weird of an ak74 variant to NOT purchase one....

Just out of curiosity, how would the Saiga-9's come in?

Would they have a ridiculous length flash hider soldered on, or would they come in as pictured and required a tax stamp to take possession of?
