I recognized what they are, but it took a few seconds. It's not only age your measuring, it also where you grew up. Where I grew up they had none of those. Big city, east coast. No one had a pickup truck, and few had cars. Different on the west coast. Almost impossible to legally carry a gun. This was1940's, 50', 60's

I remember the first time I went to the drive in, me and the other young guy in the group got talked into hiding in the trunk so that they would charge us for less people...

Ofcourse, as most of you are aware - drive ins charged by the car load... but our older buddies got a good laugh out of it.

yep! go to huntington in the summer to use them. I'm not sure if they are on a cord like that though because you can usually just turn the radio to the audio now.
