In their simple minds there is no such thing as "gun safety". To accept that means that there are possibly safe ways to own, carry, and use a gun. Since, by definition, guns are the epitome of evil, the term "gun safety" is an oxymoron.

So there is no point in arguing logically, you cannot win an emotional response over with any amount of logic.
