Abstract question with astrological/religious implications?

phylodog - Sometimes a person doesn't have time to ask these questions, because they're too busy making a living, and a life. It's good to ask, and consider possible answers, but don't be surprised if you come away with more questions.

In my mid-fifties, I started pursuing a variety of avenues to answer the 'big' questions (I'm now 72). I've acquired a degree of comfort by not knowing.

I've decided where we come from doesn't matter. It's fun to think about though. What if we're all just cosmic bits in some giant's feverish dream and the universe is still expanding because the dream keeps continuing...I do believe our current comprehension of time isn't accurate to nature.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning (time), God created the heavens (space) and the earth (matter)....

It gets real confusing after that...

It does indeed but if you believe that first part, really consider it, understand it and still believe it the rest is really easy to believe.
