I bought the same Groupon a couple of months ago. Before attempting to use it, I became a member on INGO and read all of the poor reviews of Pop's on here. I then regretted my purchase. I've been to Pop's once to try to use the certificate. The wait for a lane was over an hour. Even if you sign up, any "member" that comes in gets bumped ahead of you. I'll go back just so I haven't wasted the Groupon, but I'll allow plenty of time to wait.

The older fella there was helpful though, which was a pleasant surprise after reading how poor their customer service was. The other guys...not so much.

There's a topic in itself.. asking to sweep up others brass. It amazes me how many people just help themselves to my brass. At times I feel obligated to bring a little sign and post it next to my area "Hands off my brass".
I always ask, and haven't had anybody say no yet.

I usually get something like, "I plan on reloading... but... I'm not reloading right now... so go ahead!"

I think 9 out of 10 people I've asked have said something along those lines :).
