    Another question for you guys. When he is filling out his paper work for LTCH (I talked him into it) Should he answer the question.

    Have you ever been convicted of a felony? yes or no?

    Since technically yes he has but it has been reduced. Should he mark yes and send a copy of the judges order with it showing that it was reduced? Or should he mark no and see where the chips fall?

    Or if anyone knows a good lawyer is who savvy with gun laws I am sure he would love to talk to him.

    I need to get him to sign up here. But he said he is not much into forums. I personally think this is a great community and I have learned a ton just lurking for the most part.

    Yea!
    If you read the 4473 form carefully, it has instructions for
    question 11c.

    It says to put no as in not a felon if the felony has been
    expunged, set aside, or pardoned.
