Any Firefly fans out there? I just found something interesting... Firefly books on Audible. The first two are available now, and there are two more you can pre-order due to be released this summer. I just started the first one "Big Damn Hero", and it's very well written so far. Takes after the show so well it's almost seamless. Almost like another episode. Even the narrator is doing a real good job at making it sound as if it's a story being told by Mal.

    Outside the coup
Will have to check those out. I was really looking forward to a second season, but we didn't get that. I did hear an interview about some of the stuff that was going to happen. After hearing it I was kind of glad we didn't get one.

Pre movie. Wash is still alive in the first book. The Narrator named all the crew at the start. I'm just getting going, but I'm loving it. Doing Audible, and listening to it, it sounds like you're in the kitchen getting a snack, but you can still hear the TV. The guys voice sounds so much like Mal, the way he speaks, and it's written in all the vernacular of the series...
