its the jbt mentality. cop,prison guard or in this case boot camp guard. once they get it they are like a rabid dog. foaming at the mouth and wanting to attack everybody. and to make it worse thier handlers give them a scooby snack when they bite.

its the attitude you see from some cops who would rather stand on your neck with thier jack boot tazing you instead of just saying i stopped you because you have a brake light out.
