Thanks for the post, Mr. Fenway. I used to welcome them when I was a newbie ( and I am probably still one somewhat, but then there got to be too many to say Hi to. I will do my best to try to welcome as many as possible. BUT, the number of posts daily has gotten overwhelming. I was all caught up on new posts yesterday, and when I log in today there are over 7300 new posts. I'm having a hard time keeping caught up.

I tried using the reporting feature to make mods aware of dupes and such, but could only do it once. It said I had to wait an hour to report another, so I had to give up.

I am never sure what to say, so I try to customize my greetings a bit if there's anything distinguishing about their username or intro.
