I shoot production and use 115 grain Montana Gold on top of Titegroup.

Same here. Montana Gold 115 with 4.2gr titegroup. Accurate and enexpensive. If you buy a case of bullets. Your jacketed bullet price is under .09$ each. Also I will add that I shoot out of the full size M&P9.

PROMO is a low cost powder I like. It is similar to Red Dot. I think PROMO is only available in 8lb. jug. Great in 9mm with plated and lead bullets I have loaded in the past. I remember buying 8lbs. for $70 - $80, probably never see that again.

I have used 700X. It seems dirty and difficult to meter or measure.

Many good powders for 9mm.

Depends on the location. I was in my local shop yesterday, and they had a few 1 lb. jugs.
