    PROMO is a low cost powder I like. It is similar to Red Dot. I think PROMO is only available in 8lb. jug. Great in 9mm with plated and lead bullets I have loaded in the past. I remember buying 8lbs. for $70 - $80, probably never see that again.

    I have used 700X. It seems dirty and difficult to meter or measure.

    Many good powders for 9mm.
