Don't have anything in Lyman 49th but 2012 Hodgdon reloading has 2.9-3.3 for 125grn LCN C.O.L 1.125 I have used 231/HP-38, AA #5 and #7. I am a little shy about Clays in high pressure rounds like 9mm and .40 but it is awesome for .38 special powder puff loads my 12 year old daughter shoots out of my Smith Mod. 15
Clays has one of the fastest burn rates, so I'm not sure it's the best choice, but it will work.
I've used Power Pistol and Titegroup with great results.
I found a pound of W231 a couple weeks ago, and looking forward to loading some of that for some 124gr Xtreme 9mm bullets.
I just loaded 250 rounds of 9mm yesterday. Was loading 124 grain hard cast LRN over 5.5 grains of Herco and a CCI SP primer. I sent the bullets out near max OAL and my Beretta M9 liked them really well. Recoil was fairly mild and accuracy was very good.
