I have a Kel-Tec PF9 that I'm looking to sell, but I don't recommend it for a plinking gun. The Kel-Tecs are small & light and are very snappy. I shoot 2 or 3 magazines through mine, just to keep in practice with it, but then I switch over to either a heavier 9mm or a smaller caliber pistol so I don't overtire my hand and wrist. A Hipoint is heavier and would be better for plinking than a Kel-Tec.
