    Don't these barrels have insane twist rates? The projectile is basically a flying meat drill bit. What is the expected barrel life with this cartridge? When I worked at Dillon we wanted to experiment to see, but never got around to it.

    Yeah it’s 1:3…. And several videos I’ve watched he mentions they worked with a 1:1!!!! And he seemed to raise his eyebrows and smile when he said 1:1 so I’m guessing the end result is insane!!

    Yeah, using the twist rate to raise the energy on target is a pretty clever idea.
    I heard KB explain in one video that since you’re capped on the velocity and somewhat capped on bullet weight, they were brainstorming ways to deliver more energy on target and came up with messing around with the twist rate. Seems to work!
