O.F. Mossberg model 144 LS. Not shot out, excellent shape , as it is virtually un-used. Would be a good starter rifle for young or old . Has been in hiding .
10 Rd. Mag. Lyman 57 MS Rear Aperture Sight- Lyman 17A Front Sight. Bore and Crown Excellent. 8 lb. Rifle.
I prefer Sporters , but I have had a lot of target rifles in my day. From 52's to Annies with Target scopes. This " Old School" Target Rifle is the last.
This rifle will just about hang with your Annies, as it has a lot of features. I would hate to see what it would cost to build this today.
26" Heavy semi- free floating barrel- Adjustable Trigger -Target Stock with cheekpiece and adjustable hand stop.
Beaver-tail forend. Lyman made the 57 MS competition rear sight for this rifle.
Mossberg AC-KRO-GRUV proprietary Shallow Groove Button Rifling. Few minor marks in stock.
I am not looking for any trades other than a 1st Gen Colt Matchtarget.
