If obama-messiah was smart he would just create a false flag event each year to scare people into depleting the ammo supply driving the prices of ammo up so high that nobody could afford it. Doesn't even have to pass any unconstitutional laws, just threaten.

I don't know if the prices are good, bad or ugly but I figured some would like to know that, for the moment, there is 5.56 ammo in stock.

I've used this site for .40 ammo and I like their "live" inventory system. There is never a question if what you want is in stock. If it's gone, it'll be off the site entirely.

You've got a lot of rep for only 40 posts. Did you get it from posting super awesome deals like this?

I never said this was a good deal. I've never purchased 5.56 ammo as I don't even have a rifle capable of firing the caliber so I don't know what the "normal" price was before the craze. I'm simply posting because I see and hear that it's tough to find the ammo, and I saw this site has it. Don't hate the messenger.

Also of note, their prices do seem to increase every time they sell out of their current stock. When I bought my 1000 rounds of .40 it was under $400. It sold out and has replenished and is now $435.
    Yay capitalism? :patriot:

    Yay capitalism??

If only we could all just share the wealth huh?

Capitalism has its flaws but we as individuals get to choose our paths unlike socialism. At least there is some bulk ammo still available even though it is expensive.

Its a little high. 4 months ago I bought from them it was .65 a round. Two weeks ago I bought from them it was .78 a round but i had to buy quantity of 500. Now its $1.00 a round. Hold out , it will come down in price.

I am in the HOLD OUT camp. Provided you have some already you will be able to find and purchase for reasonable prices in the near future. Soon the people that are in panic mode will be out of money and or credit. Sales will slow and return to a new normal. Maybe higher than before but not much. My 2 cents.

97 cents a round isn't to bad since some people around here think $1.20/rd is fair. I'd wait, prices will come down.

Don't misunderstand my sarcasm, I know it is hard to get my tone across in typed words but I love capitalism. It is part of what makes the US the greatest country on earth. My 'yay capitalism?' was pointed to those complaining about the high prices knowing that the demand is high and supply seems to be low so businesses are understandably taking advantage. The point was the same one you made, that at least there is some ammo available even though it's expensive.
We're on the same side brother
