Seems that Century has a sale on surplus 5.45 for $120/1060 tin for the month of November. Typically orders over $400/500 get shipped free.

BTW, you'll need to be a 01/03 FFL to get the above price from Century.

Any FFL's interested in organizing a group buy for this stuff? :dunno:

lol I would have to buy another gun to shoot it. You are looking at a wholesale price. You as a regular guy can't get that price.

Anyone with a license on file with Century willing to help out? Deal ends 30 Nov.

It can be a C&R license, doesn't have to be an 01/03 FFL.

I would be in for a case. BTW, how corrosive is this stuff?

It is good ammo. In fact corrosive ammo will last longer than non-corrosive ammo in storage.

Corrosive however necessitates the need for water based solution cleaning on the parts of the rifle that are exposed to the combustion event (ie barrel, gas system, bolt etc.).

After the water based dousing then clean as usual and lubricate and you are good to go.
